【解決】VSCodeでJupyter Notebook使おうとしたらKernelを起動できない

エラー内容

解決方法

ライブラリのバージョンの問題っぽい。そのうち解決しそう。

pip uninstall pyzmq
pip install pyzmq==19.0.2
